AKOO Clothing Brand did it huge this year at New York Fashion Week by showcasing its collection presentation with their runway show, AKOO Walks New York. Hosted by BET’s The Game actor Hosea Chanchez, the brand really went all out this year to make its mark be known as the new elite collection in contemporary Men’s premium wear. An event that took place September 9, 2011 in Midtown Manhattan with drinks flowing and music spinning by DJ Brooklyn Dawn, the red carpet event was a who’s who event that if you missed (or could not gain entrance by the line wrapped around the block) you truly missed out! Full Blast TV was able to get some footage of the runway showcase which began with the opening of violins playing performed by Damien and Tourie of Nuttin’ But Stringz. The clothing really proved that AKOO’s competitors need to step their game up big time, because this brand is not playing! Fresh to death is an understatement, which AKOO’s founders rapper T.I. and Grand Hustle C.E.O. Jason Geter have instilled in this brand from the beginnings. The button up’s, the jackets, the hoodies, and the jeans were all the rage that night and represented the royalty ‘A King Of Oneself’ would wear. If you’re not rocking AKOO Clothing, then you’re seriously lacking  in the ’swag’ department.
